Can't say exactly, never used SS seriously :) Can only repeat what
was many times said - when SS on Win is heavy enough loaded, OS starts
to play ping-pong with him switching processors and this dramatically
decrease general computer performance. To struggle against this in
early days it was recommended to use IBAffinity utility to hardly bind
SS to one of processors, later server was teached to make it itself
and mentioned config parameters were added.
