Is there anything in the ReleaseNotes on Fb/1.5 + Win2k/SP4 ?
(Should there be? - I didn't find anything)

We've just installed a new server which came with SP4 (I expected SP2!),
and I intend to run Fb/1.5 (or later). I believe I've seen some specific
advice concerning TCP/IP for this configuration on some NG, but cannot find
it now...
