We modified the password of user SYSDBA.
But now we find it's very easy to get into the database, if someone
reinstall firebird by deleting while firebird directory.

How we can create a new user and then "move" our database to this
user, so that SYSDBA cannot open the database, only the new user is
allowed to do this?
