I guess IBExpert is not that free. And the personal edition cannot
deal with all the data dumped in our PostgreSQL database (I guess our
database is too large for the Personal Edition).
Besides, we don't need all-in-one toools for firebird. What we really
want is deeper knowledge about the database, how to run it on
different platforms and/or servers, and integrating it with JBoss.
As of the moment, the only tool we are using for the Database is
IBAccess, which runs both in Linux and Windows, and is also free.
Anything else that can't be done by IBAccess will be researched, and
implemented the hard way, 'coz we don't have enough fundings for more
licenses.
