In message 37544, I detailed what I thought was an anomoly in
First/Skip results. I was hoping it would be possible to use
First/Skip in a subquery but it looks like it does not produce usable
results. Can anyone confirm that First/Skip should not be used in a
subquery or give me some help on how it should be done?
