install. By default you are more likely to be installing fb on a clean
machine anyway (perhaps) in the future.
BTW 3060 is taken (defacto) by interserver (Borland)
And port numbers are always something you need to check on a server where
you are one of many people installing software - there are no hard a fast
rules regarding what service you use on what port. There are such things as
registered ports but this has little impact on the real world.
