Hello:

I've created a DB using one of the IB/FB admin tools and notice that it
was created Dialect 1. I've looked through all the docs for information
to tell me what does this mean and how does Dialect 1 compare with
Dialect 3?

Is this a difference in what I can do in SQL? or more than that?

If someone can point to a site or something to read about this, that
would be great.
