The most reliable method: ask network/DB administrator. All others
can give both kind of fails.

No.

1. FB can listen on different port.
2. FB can use Named Pipes only.
3. Someone other can use port 3050.
4. It is hard to find all computers, attached to network because of
firewalls and routers. (Scanning all 192.168.*.* or 10.*.*.* IP
addresses takes much longer time than looking for administrator.)
