There *will* be release notes for the final release, not for RC 9. There
are no changes between RC8 and RC9, only late bug fixes, and the release
notes is not the document where they are published. There is probably a
readme there somewhere.

The latest version of the release notes currently released is v.1.07. The
version in the full release will be v.1.08.
