Confirmed. On Jan 21, Paul took care of changing the return values of
isc_get_client_version(), isc_get_client_minor_version() and
isc_get_client_major_version(). They now return 'ISC' compatibility
values or strings.

Piotr's issue with IBX is fixed if he check out the code from CVS and
builds fbclient.dll or wait for whatever will be released after RC8.
