Greeting!

I have a delphi7 and firebird 1.5 application. I used IBX component
for accessing the data. My problem is when I'm restoring the database
using IBRestoreservice I'm getting an error cannot open
c:\app.gbak(location and filename of back-up file). what is the cause
of this error?
