I just wanted to thank everyone for there help.
I found how to fix my problem.
I us ibconsole for database administration. It was telling me that
all of my indexes were active, but when I de-activated them and
re-activated them, my program worked. It also now works in ibconsole.
I don't know why this is, but it is.
