Hi. We are finally moving from Firebird 1.0 to 1.5 with many db's, some of
which were migrated from IB5x to FB1.0
Quick Start Guide notes the differences about String delimiters, etc. Do all
old dialect 1 DB's need be changed as long as we leave them dialect 1 in
FB1.5? What would be the reasons to change them over to dialect 3?
