Unfortunately, it's not the case. Helen was able to confirm the bug,
and Sean Leyne also confirmed it.

What happens is that the UDFs get restored after the domains and
tables, and if you happen to use a UDF in a domain's default or a
table's column default, the error will occur(and I think the same can
be applied to the computed fields and probably the constraints).
