Hi,

I need to chage the default collate of the WIN1252 Charset,
doing this by IBExpert direct in RDB$CHARACTER_SETS table doesn´t work.

All the fields of the database are using the default one and it´s
necessary to change it.

Please, what´s the corret way to do this?
