Dear Members,

You would be aware that I have modified firebird code to enable multi
connection meta data update. I need to uniquely identify firebird
server build by me. So that our application can identify it at runtime
while making connection. so I thought of having my own product
version string. So I modified
firebird2/src/jrd/build_no.h.
as below from
#define FB_BUILD_SUFFIX "Firebird 1.5"
to
#define FB_BUILD_SUFFIX "<Karthick> Firebird 1.5"

So that I can uniquely identify my build.
On testing "show version" in isql has given the above modified string.
Please do clarify me that , Do I permit to do this change and package
such a build with our product.
