In Auckland we are surrounded by volcanoes, on top of shifting
plates, so we need to test for sudden changes like this. :-)

Here is a plausible sequence, which I stumbled across. Set up a new
server as a file server only, to begin with. Place the FB engine on
the new server and load your DB files there. The MS Win 2003 install
did not set the time zone. OK set the time zone manually. What has
happened to my FB timestamp?

So its not too far fetched a concern.
