I have a small test website (D5/Intraweb/Isapi) on a win 2003 server
which also hosts an FB 1.5 database (accessed via IBObjects). If I am
logged in to the 2003 server via Remote Desktop, I can access the
website and its FB database. If I am not logged in via remote desktop
I get the following error when I try to acccess the website?

ISC ERROR CODE:335544721ISC ERROR MESSAGE:Unable to complete network
request to host "localhost".Failed to establish a connection.No
connection could be made because the target machine actively refused
it.

Can anyone suggest what is wrong or missing. Thanks.
