Sorry for the repost. I forgot the subject line the first time.

Trying to perform edit on a table and getting the following message:

'Couldn't perform the edit because another user changed the record.'

There is no one else connected to the db so who is the other user?

Running IB5.6 on WinNT

Once this happens, restarting IB and rebooting the server will not clear the
problem.
Found the only way to get rid of the problem is to backup and restore the
db.

Any idea what could be causing the problem or a better way to fix it?
