AFAIK Firebird (Relational Database) can be downloaded from:

http://firebird.sourceforge.net/

The link you supplied is for a browser developed by Mozilla, that
coincidentally is called Firebird too. Take a look at
http://www.worldtimzone.com/blog/date/2003/04/16 for more information
about this name clash issue.
