Because there's a useful utility program included, and SF is the best way to
allow for coordinated development of that aspect. The Doc was just
something I typed up for inhouse use, if somebody wants to make it into an
official HowTo that's fine.

I'm not a doc writer (read the doc and you'll see why ;-), if FB wants to
allow me to checkin the dbtoggler application into the Firebird project (as
a new module of course) that would be fine. Creating a new SF project was
the easiest way to make this available as I piggy back it on my IBDBRepair
project website anyway.
