Subject Internal GDS Software Consistency Check Fix?

That pretty much says it all, I'd like to try to recover the database if
possible.. there is a knowledgebase article 205 about this but is says:

You will most likely have to go to backup, but first you can try to repair
the
database. There is a document on our website explaining this procedure at:
http://www.ibphoenix.com

However I can't seem to locate the document that it's talking about, anyone
have any idea's?
