Greetings All,

I was watching the thread "DB size bigger than 2 GB" and would like to know
where I can find detailed step by step instructions on how to implement a
multi-file database. I too am concerned with a production database hitting
this limit and corrupting the data.

Can this multi-file database be setup to be automated (automatically span to
another file) before the 2 GB limit is reached?

Or, does it require a system administrator to watch the size of the file and
do it Manully?

Any tips of helful links appreciated.
