Hi,

can someone tell my how the dow or sdow function in fbudf works
correctly?? I tried a

select dow(timestampfield) from mytable

but it does not work. only a sandclock shows and after a while I get
an error "connection lost to server..."...
Am I using wrong syntax?? in the function declaration I can see two
input paramters, timestamp and a varchar. But for what should be the
second varchar parameter???
