Can anyone give me some advise. We are using Firebird Ver 1.0.2.908
and have bought IB Manager
to manage the tables. We have firebird running on XP Pro box. We have
a PHP application accessing the data base and runs okay but after a
few hours of use slows up. We boot the server and its speed picks up.
I validated the data base using IB Manager validation and it has no
errors.
Do you have to pack and reload indices with this data base. If this
is the case can someone help me as I could not find any reference to
thsi in the Interbase Operational Guide.
