To compare FB against some other DB's... can someone tell me what DB
Admin tasks are required (or should be done) weekly, monthly,
quartly, etc?

The existing DB has about 75 tables with the largest tables having
around 300,000 to 750,000 records

-Do I have to Pack (remove deleted records) periodically and how is
this done?

-Do I need to periodically re-index (re-build the indicies) and how
is this done?

-What other DB admin tasks should be done and at what intervals?
