Which is what Paul did and why I could recommended him to use the
Service API after that. Without patch, the Service API can change the
password of users, but effectively, only SYSDBA can do so, not because
of the Service API but just because of the SQL rights of the ISC4.GDB.
You fix the rights, you fix the Service API.
