Hi,
Use always an alias for every table :
SELECT
c.FID,
o1.FULLNAME,
c.SUSPECT,
o2.FULLNAME AS FULLNAME1
FROM
COMPAREARCH c
INNER JOIN OWNER o1 ON (c.FID = o1.ASERIAL)
INNER JOIN OWNER o2 ON (c.SUSPECT = o2.ASERIAL)
WHERE
(c.FINGERID <> c.SUSPECT)
