Carlos,
vc utiliza este CharSet com Fb 1.5 ?
Tentei por aqui com o FB 1.5 o CharSet Win1252 e o ISO 8859_1 e não deu
certo.

In Brazil we have accent characters like áüöãàéôâíç,etc.
In my programs I use Win1252 and it works OK.
