When he goes into Event Viewer and clicks on Application or Security, he
gets an error message that says, "Unknown Interface". This is a pop-up,
not an entry in the Event Viewer.

The "Log On As" for the Guardian is set to "LocalSystem". This is a fresh
install of Windows XP, and he was always logged on as Administrator when
installing everything.
