You appear to be doing the right thing but I would be very suspicious of
hardware (network) failure with repeated 10054 errors.
You say 5 damaged databases... they are all set for forced writes ON?
Are they all experiencing the same "damage"? Are they all experiencing the
same 10054 errors?
