Hi everybody,

Is there any problem in adding new foreign key constraints when database
is in use (there are client connections apart from the SYSDBA connection
used to perform DDL statements)?

After some tests, I've found I just can do it when nobody else is
connected.

Is this a common firebird rule or is it possible to change this
behaviour?
