For those Foundation members and intending members who have been reluctant
or unable to open PayPal accounts in order to pay subscriptions, I'm
pleased to announce that an alternative secure credit card facility is now
available, with E-shop hosted by IBPhoenix.

Members with pending subs can now click through from the "Pay your
membership" page and pay with Visa or Mastercard from any country.
