Hi,
Using RedHat 7.3 I installed Interbase 6.0.x without
any problem. The configuration here is Apache 1.x with
PHP 4.1.x.
I have been doing the same thing to install Interbase
7 (trial) where the configuration is Apache 2.0.40 and
PHP 4.2.2.
Interbase is operational (using external data base
util), but when browsing php pages that contains data
base access (pages the were tested to be error free
using the RedHAt 7.3 installation) it return Dynamic
SQL error -804.
I assume that the PHP Interbase interface is
problematic or maybe the database.
In order to verify the cause I am looking for external
test code that test Interbase functionality. Is there
any ?
