Yes, I know where the files are. I looked in the Firebird/Firebird_1_5/bin.
There is no obvious command to restart it. I had already stopped it using the
menu from the system tracty icon.

Thanks. So you don't think we should just run it by double clicking on the exe
in explorer? That is what I have done on my win 98 machine.
