Subject RE: [ib-support] Token unknown

I thought of using a data pump, but I am the only one doing the importing,
and it's real quick (anything between 200 records to about 2 000 records)
so its not a big deal. It only happens once a month. I often find it's
quicker and easier to do it myself, but will play around more with IB comparer.

Thanks anyway. I have been looking at writing something for our field
engineers to use, and have given them IB Comparer to field test. The
problem is that the users I deal with arent' computer literate. In some
cases, (like some of the NGOs I write software for), they are positively
destructive once allowed anywhere near a computer. SO what i tend to do is
write an export procedure and tell them to email the ascii files to me.
