When I try to view my exception, I have an error. "cannot
transliterate between character sets".

I receive this error when I try to open the exception in IBConsole,
IBOConsole and IBAccess. But, I doesn't receive this error when I do
this with Marathon.

create exception SERIE_INEXISTENTE 'A série não está cadastrada para
o tipo de curso indicado.';
