Roberto, you can find all cities names and provinces (here called UF,
Unidade Federativa - Federal Unit) at this address:

http://www.correios.com.br/servicos/agencias/default.cfm

Each region in Brazil map is a UF. Click on it and you will see a
combobox with citie names for each UF.
