As I recall, in FB 1.02, there were two installation issues with
Windows 95/98/ME:

1) There was a registry key (GuardianOptions) that was missing from
the install that was necessary for the above mentioned OS's.

2) The install did not automatically do what was necessary for the
guardian to start automaticall at boot time.

I believe these were two separate issues because I had to do two
things in my app's install. I had to add the missing registry key,
and also put a shortcut to IBGUARD.EXE into the Startup folder.

Have BOTH of these issues been resolved in release 1.02?
