Which version of IBO. I had a corruption problem with my
BLOB memo's, but not for a while now on IBO4. Since you
quote build 794 I assume that it must be a fairly recent
version, the one I am on still has the problem that prevents
old code running, but I am loading RichText memo's into
BLOB's without any problems at all (now).

If it is the way you are using IBO, then the IBObjects list
may be more helpful <g>
