This was with build 796 and has happened once on my local drive while
testing with version 1.02 build 908.

My local PC is Windows 2000. The servers for our production area are all
Windows 2000 Terminal server.

Forced writes is ON. I recently turned it off on one of the most
problematic databases just to see if it did any better. It is too soon to
tell right now.

We always set the sweep interval to zero.
