Actually, there are already Firebird manuals, about 1700 whopping pages of
them in two books, "Using Firebird" and "The Firebird Reference
Guide". You can get these by buying a developer CD from IBPhoenix. These
*are* online e-books, fully cross-referenced and indexed PDF docs which
have a format designed for keeping on your desktop while you are working
with the database...
