I don't know, but I would guess that the DB has a corruption and that one of
the back versions of a record in table yyy is no longer available.

You need to:
1) Get everyone offline
2) Make an OS copy of the DB (stopping FB service to do so)
3) gfix the DB.

Do you get any messages from the gfix?
