There is not a problem on Linux. If you are using SS the 'code' to set the
CPU affinity works, and Classic can use multi-CPU's anyway. On Windows
(pre-XP), it seems that the 'code to set the affinity' does not work
'correctly' , so you will need to disable HT, unless you want the ping-pong
