Subject A question to interbase.log

The log contains several intries like this:
1.

What does this mean and what negative effects have that errors?

2. And one entry i have:

unknown ISC error 48886540

What does this mean?

3. The IBSERver takes all the system-time so i shut them down.

But there are only 8 programms running with one connection to the
database.

Any idea for me?
