Hi Per

I finally got Track+ working with InterClient. I used Java SDK 1.3.
Track+ looks quite good.

I think InterClient has the benefit over JayBird of having IBConsole,
which will be useful for maintaining the database. I have found no
equivalent utility for JayBird.
