Interclient is an old Java interface for InterBase. It's doubtful it is
even compatible with Firebird by now. Firebird hasn't developed it any
but, instead, a group of Java gurus began the Jaybird project and built a
JDBC Type 4 interface to Firebird. It's in beta but plenty are using it in
production.
