When I run

gfix -v -full on my database I get

Number of record level errors 2

It is on a development database, so I like to find out how these errors
got created.

Any hints would be appreciated.

P.S. What is the correct sequence to fix this type of problem, so far I
could only fix it by extracting meta data inclusive data and rebuilding
the db.
