I've discovered that msvcp60.dll is installed by
Firebird-1.5.0.4027-RC7-Win32.exe, but it is not included in either
Firebird-1.5.0.4027_RC7_embed_win32.zip or
Firebird-1.5.0.4027_RC7_win32.zip, so that's something that needs to be
sorted before 1.5 final.
