Subject Cannot attach to Service Manager using Firebird Embedded

Hi,

I am having trouble using Firebird Embedded with IBX component:
TIBServerProperties. When I try to active the TIBServerProperties,
I got an error: Cannot attach to Services Manager. Any ideas,
please advice.
